Updating my status

Of the many things that I have yet to take care of, I think my priority would have to be updating my status. I haven’t yet been able to update my status on my personal records in the company I work for. I have been arranging for someone from Bacolod to come pick up the update documents but somehow it hasn’t pushed through. I guess I will have to have it mailed via JRS so that it can be taken cared of at last. Part of the forms that I have updated include hospitalization and insurance coverage to
